Organist William Peterson offers a program of music by Buxtehude, Sweelinck, Frescobaldi, Bruhns and Franck.
The Harry S. and Madge Rice Thatcher Emeritus Professor of Music, has played concerts throughout the United States including all-Bach recitals and programs of “French Music from the Time of World War I,” to contemporary works with “Composers from Claremont.” He has been heard on NPR’s “Pipedreams” and his most recent CD can be found on the Loft Recordings label, and recorded on the Hill Memorial Organ, C.B. Fisk, Op. 117 in Bridges Hall of Music.
