^ Tom Flaherty is a composer and cellist at Pomona College, where he is the John P. and Magdalena R. Dexter Professor of Music; Composition and Chamber Music. His music has been performed throughout Europe and North America by Odyssey Chamber Players in New York, Earplay and Volti in San Francisco, XTET and Ensemble GREEN in Los Angeles, and numerous others.
